Throughout his career in the security industry, Thomas has managed complex security operations involving multiple client locations, personnel, vehicles, schedules, contracts, and operational requirements. His experience includes overseeing security teams, field managers, site supervisors, and security personnel while maintaining accountability, professional standards, client expectations, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Thomas brings extensive experience in operations management and workforce coordination, including recruiting, staffing, scheduling, employee training, performance oversight, workforce planning, and developing effective procedures to keep operations running efficiently. He has served as a key liaison between security organizations, clients, employees, vendors, Human Resources, Finance, and corporate leadership, allowing him to effectively address operational challenges while maintaining strong professional relationships.
His operational background also includes managing security-related transportation and fleet operations. He has been responsible for the readiness and oversight of a fleet of armored vehicles, including conducting and reviewing pre-trip inspections, ensuring vehicles meet safety and operational requirements, coordinating preventative maintenance and emergency repairs, working with vendors, and grounding vehicles when they did not meet established safety standards. His responsibilities have included monitoring vehicle operations, coordinating drivers and dispatch, managing changing customer requests, and ensuring personnel and equipment were properly positioned to meet service requirements.

Thomas is also an instructor with professional certifications and experience in areas including NRA firearms instruction and First Aid/CPR/AED training. Matthew Doyle serves as the Director of Operations for Tactical Defense Security, bringing a diverse background in security operations, emergency response, healthcare security, workforce management, training, and operational development. Throughout his career, Matthew has worked across complex and highly regulated environments, including healthcare facilities, hospitals, corporate operations, residential security, and other high-accountability settings. His experience includes overseeing security personnel, supervisors, dispatch operations, access control, patrol operations, incident response, compliance initiatives, and day-to-day operational coordination. He has experience supporting 24/7 security operations and managing teams responsible for maintaining safe, professional, and reliable security services. Matthew's healthcare and medical-response experience provides an additional perspective to his approach to security. He has worked closely with healthcare professionals, hospital leadership, security personnel, and other stakeholders in environments where safety, communication, confidentiality, and rapid response are critical. His experience includes responding to medical and security incidents, coordinating emergency resources, developing safety procedures, and supporting operations involving vulnerable populations and high-risk situations. A significant part of Matthew's professional background involves developing and improving operational systems.
